Sauna has many effects on our body. Under the influence of high temperatures (60° to 110° C,  and minimum air humidity 10-30%) comes to significant skin perfusion. Sauna as well has a small impact in regulation of blood pressure (individuals with high blood pressure should be very careful while they are using the sauna) and it increases average body temperature approximately for 1-2 ° C.

 

Increasing of blood flow and overheating can improve a mobility of joints and muscles. In some cases it helps to reduce pain. Higher temperature in sauna activates functions of sebaceous glands, which helps to excrete impurities from the skin. Sauna is the best prevention against cold diseases.

 

STEAM SAUNA


The main advantage of a steam sauna is, it lessens the burden on the body, because the temperature reaches max.  60 ° C at 100% of air humidity. That's why the steam sauna could use (after a consultation with your doctor) even people who have a health problem because of which they cannot use the classic sauna. Steam sauna is also known as Turkish bath. Moist air has a beneficial effect on the skin. It accelerates blood circulation and intensively cleanses the skin, leaving it soft. The steam bath also has beneficial effect on blood vessels and respiratory diseases.

INFRA SAUNA

Procedure for overheating in infra cabin:

  • Due to sweating it’s recommended to be dressed, to sit on the sheet (towel or bath towels)
  • In the cabin we should sit, because the infra technology is positioned to uniformly heat the body.
  • We are warming 25 to 30 minutes, without subsequent cooling of the body
  • If the temperature seems to be high, we can regulate it by opening doors
  • After sauna session we can choose a refreshing shower with a worm or cold water
  • Do not forget to drink a lot of fluids after overheating
  • We are overheating according to our mood. If we would like to get rid of cellulite, we should use the infra sauna at least one or two times a week.
